1. Services (Crypto Tax, Bookkeeping, Consulting)

Due to the customized and time-intensive nature of our services, all sales are final once work has begun.

If you cancel before any work has started, a partial refund may be available at our discretion, less any administrative or setup fees.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Missed deadlines due to lack of client communication or missing data
• Work that has already been delivered or partially completed
• CRA outcomes, as these are outside our control

2. Digital Products (e.g. Celsius Toolkit)

All digital product purchases are non-refundable, due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.

If you experience technical issues accessing your product, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll make sure you get access.

3. Ongoing Services (Monthly Bookkeeping)

Ongoing service agreements may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Services already performed will be invoiced accordingly.

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
