We offer crypto tax services, bookkeeping and financial reporting, profitability support for Web3 businesses, and digital products or resources (e.g. toolkits and guides). All services are intended for Canadian residents unless otherwise stated.
Clients are responsible for:
Failure to provide timely, accurate information may impact the quality or delivery of services.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Services must be paid in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Due to the custom nature of our services and digital products, all sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will work with you to resolve the issue where possible.
Ongoing services (e.g. monthly bookkeeping) can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Work already completed will be billed accordingly.
We take client confidentiality seriously. Your data will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law or with your written authorization (e.g., when acting as your CRA representative).
Business Zen Finance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We make no guarantees regarding tax outcomes or CRA decisions.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
